What is asset management software?

Yes. Import assets from a spreadsheet, and we provide free data migration to help you bring in your existing assets, work orders and maintenance records.
How do meter-based maintenance triggers work?
Add a meter such as runtime hours, mileage or cycles to an asset and set a rule, for example "greater than 2,500 hours". When a reading crosses the limit, MaintainNow creates the work order with the title, priority, assignee and due date you chose.
Can I see my assets on a floor plan?
Yes. Upload a floor plan image and place markers for assets, spare parts, locations and people. Markers show badges for open and overdue work orders, and the work list is grouped by marker so you can plan routes.
Does MaintainNow track MTTR, MTBF and asset availability?
Yes. Asset downtime reports show downtime by reason, MTTR, MTBF and availability, and the dashboards highlight problem and repeat-offender assets. Failure codes captured on completed work orders build each asset’s failure history.
How do asset QR codes work?
Every asset gets a QR code. Technicians scan it with the mobile app to open the asset, and anyone can scan the asset request portal QR to report a problem with the asset and location already filled in. You can download print-ready QR labels for all assets, grouped by location.
